What this website collects

This website is a product catalogue. It has no login, no cart and no checkout, and it does not ask you for personal information. If you submit your email to our newsletter form, that address is used only to send you product updates, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

What happens when you buy

Purchases take place on Shopee, not here. Once you follow a buy button, Shopee's own privacy policy and terms govern the data you provide — your name, delivery address, payment details and order history. We receive from Shopee only what a seller needs to fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, contact number and order contents.

What we do with order information

• Pack and ship your order, and handle returns or warranty claims.
• Keep sales records as required by Malaysian tax and company law.
• Answer your questions when you contact us.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties.

In-store purchases

Our retail point-of-sale records the items sold and, where you provide it, travel destination and month. This is used for stock planning — deciding what to order for which season. It is never printed on your receipt and never shared outside the business.

Cookies and analytics

State whether you use analytics. As built, this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers — update this line if you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Write to us and we will respond.
