Orders placed through our Shopee store ship with Shopee's courier network across Malaysia.
Delivery times

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Peak season (November to February) and major sale campaigns add a day or two.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by Shopee at checkout based on weight and destination. Shopee free-shipping vouchers apply to our store, and there are usually several running — check the voucher list before you pay.
Tracking your order
Track in the Shopee app under Me → My Purchases. That view has live courier scans; we see the same information you do, so it is always the fastest check.
Self-collection
You can collect from our Butterworth store instead of shipping. Message us on Shopee before you order so we can set it aside — see store details.
International shipping
We currently ship within Malaysia only. If you are travelling through and want to collect in person, message us and we will arrange it.
Something wrong with a delivery?
Raise it through the Shopee order first — that starts the protection clock and gives us the order reference. Then message us and we'll chase it from our side.
